ConnectSTL is a citywide coalition committed to bridging the digital divide in St. Louis through collaboration, shared resources, and aligned action. Our work is grounded in partnership. We believe lasting digital inclusion is achieved not by one organization alone, but through a strong network of
community, nonprofit, public, and private stakeholders working together.
We actively engage partners, uplift their work, and look for opportunities to support and strengthen collective impact across the city.
Our Partnership Approach
ConnectSTL serves as a connector, convener, and amplifier for organizations and stakeholders working in digital inclusion, workforce development, education, community services, and economic opportunity.
We focus on:
- Creating space for collaboration and shared learning
- Aligning programs, resources, and funding where possible
- Highlighting partner work and community impact
- Supporting access to opportunities across our network

Network Meetings & Convenings
ConnectSTL hosts regular network meetings and convenings designed to bring partners and stakeholders together to:
- Share updates, challenges, and successes
- Explore opportunities for collaboration
- Learn about new programs, funding, and initiatives
- Strengthen relationships across sectors
Partners are encouraged to:
- Share their work and upcoming initiatives

- Sharing partner work and impact through our media and communications channels
- Amplifying events, programs, and opportunities led by partners
Our goal is to ensure partners are seen, supported, and connected to the broader ecosystem.
Funding & Resource Support
Where possible, ConnectSTL seeks to support partners through funding opportunities or by helping bridge resources. While every situation varies and support is not guaranteed, we are committed to:
- Sharing information about relevant funding opportunities
- Aligning partners with available resources
- Supporting collaborative or braided funding approaches when feasible
- Exploring ways to leverage collective capacity for greater impact
