August 2023 Digital Inclusion Action Plan

The City of St. Louis’s Digital Inclusion Action Plan aims to bridge the digital divide so every resident can access affordable, high-speed internet, devices, and digital skills training. Key actions include boosting enrollment in federal programs, piloting public WiFi, expanding device access, and supporting digital training via local “digital navigators.” Achieving these goals is projected to add $50 million in household income, 4,500 new workers, and $305 million in GDP to the city.
