Free Technical Support for community members

The NPower Community Helpdesk provides free tech support to those in the greater St. Louis area. Our tech professionals are here to help you navigate your most challenging computer and tech issues. Call our dedicated phone line for support with hardware and software issues, internet connectivity, and so much more, including:

Software Support – Email, Google, Microsoft Office, etc.
Computer troubleshooting- PC or MAC
Home Internet – Connecting devices, troubleshooting network access, etc.
Hardware Support – Printers, monitors, hard drives, etc.
Android/iPhone Support – Contact backup, adding accounts, etc.

We also off Technical and Digital Literacy Training including, but not limited to:
Online Safety, Parental Safety for Kids, Artificial Intelligence in Every Day Life, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Workspace (GMail, Forms, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and more.
