Program Overview
ConnectSTL Academy’s FutureReady program is a free, self-paced digital literacy and career-readiness pathway built for St. Louis residents. It takes learners from first-time computer user to job-ready, using Wiley career content delivered on the Sejal Learning Solutions platform.
The program is designed for people changing careers or entering tech-enabled work. It starts with the absolute basics, builds the everyday skills employers expect, and finishes with credentials, resume and interview support, and direct connections to local hiring partners — all online, on your own schedule, with drop-in office hours when you need help.
How This Program Helps
- Build computer and internet basics with no prior experience needed
- Master the tools employers expect — email, documents, spreadsheets, and AI office tools
- Choose a career track aligned to real St. Louis jobs: IT & Tech Support, AI Office Specialist, Digital Marketing, Health Tech Support, Modern Logistics, or Civic Community Tech
- Earn a credential and get one-on-one resume and interview preparation
